  1. I like the analysis. I disagree, with the overall grade. I will tell you why. I don’t think they need to pick super flashy to get into the B range. They added Chris Jones to an already stacked D-line, based on his talent and insurance for Dontari Poe or Jaye Howard in two years. I also think you are underestimating the talent they got in the three corners they drafted. Keivare Russell is no joke and by all accounts could very well develop into the starting outside corner that the Chiefs need to pair with Marcus Peters. Where it is interesting is that Eric Murray, is a super physical corner, that not only could step into that nickel role, but the chiefs have a need for an in-the box type safety, with the losses of Hussain Abdullah and Tyvon Branch. I think this is what Murray was brought to be. A guy who can play against the run and also cover bigger receivers, based on his physicality. I think the pick of D.J. White is not just a depth move. I went back and watched multiple tape on this kid, and he is not a sixth round talent, some people had him ranked in the fourth round, some even higher. Demarcus Robinson has great potential, with some character concern. If he can develop he is a #2 at worst # 3 receiver for the Chiefs that need someone to step up along side Jeremy Maclin. I gave this draft a B based of the pure upside of every player they drafted. I think it could be higher, down the line.. Thanks for taking the time to do these.
